MedPharm Jobs, a leading European medical jobs portal is looking for nurses from Spain to work in one of the largest and highest performing hospitals in the North West of the United Kingdom.
It is  a full time job, in one of the following departments:
general medical, surgical, neurosurgical, neuro rehabilitation, critical care, neonatal, renal, oncological, theatre (anaesthetic/scrub/circulating/recovery nurses)
Location: Lancashire, 40 minutes by car or train from Manchester and Liverpool airports
Duties:
•   be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, updating and the evaluation of care to a group of patients under the supervision of a senior nurse
•   carry out nursing procedures and treatments specific to the clinical area, checking on and maintaining the highest possible standards
•   administer prescribed medications according to hospital's policy
•   undertake safe admission and discharge of patients
•   participate in Doctors rounds and multi-disciplinary case conferences
•   support Junior nursing Staff
Requirements:
•   bachelor degree in nursing
•   minimum 1 year experience in one of the following clinical areas: theatre, general medicine, surgery, neurosurgery, neuro rehabilitiation, critical care, oncology
•   valid/current licence to practise
•   very good English skills (B2 level)
•   registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council in the UK) would be an advantage
The hospital offers:
•   12-month contract with an option to extend
•   a competitive salary starting at £21,388 gross per annum
•   overtime and shift allowance
•   first month's free accommodation
Interviews in Spain will be held between 30th of November and 2nd of December.
